Getting a Quote in Melbourne
We aim to provide quotes swiftly. You’ll typically receive a quote within 30 minutes during business hours. The final price may be subject to minor adjustments after we visit your Melbourne property to assess the project scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Bookings and Cancellations in Melbourne
Ready to book your Melbourne tiling project? We may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits typically range from 10% to 20% of the total project cost, depending on the size and complexity of the work. Need to cancel? Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice. Should we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather in Melbourne, we’ll notify you promptly.
Guarantees for Your Peace of Mind
We take pride in our workmanship. You receive a 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for tiling and waterproofing. This includes cracked tiles, grout failure due to faulty installation, and leaks directly resulting from improper waterproofing. We guarantee no leaks due to faulty waterproofing. A “missed deadline” is defined as completion occurring more than 7 days after the agreed-upon date, excluding reasonable delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund.
